The hosts are cleaning and hygiene specialists who are pleased to offer this unique apartment for discerning travellers. The apartment is cleaned and sanitised to a meticulous standard using accredited CrestClean products. You will receive information for self-check-in prior to arrival and have the option of an invoice for tax purposes. A secure undercover car park for one vehicle is included in your rate. The maximum number of guests to stay is five (a pull-out bed is available by request). Let us know in advance if you require either of the bedrooms configured with two single beds.

The Burlington is private and secure, ideal for corporate travellers and discerning guests. The minimum age for check-in is 18, children over the age of seven are welcome and we ask that there is no smoking, pets or parties anywhere on the premises. The building is a workplace for a number of professional businesses, with added security, and so we ask that there isn’t excessive noise, particularly during business hours.
